Functional fitness focuses on exercises that mimic real-life movements such as squatting, pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, running, and jumping, rather than isolating specific muscles on machines. The goal is to prepare the body for daily tasks, sports, or work-related activities by training multiple muscle groups simultaneously, enhancing overall body coordination, stability, and endurance.
